Longitudinal studies of brain tumor hemodynamics and blood vessel morphology

In effort to develop effective therapies for treating brain cancer, we are developing a multimodal imaging system to study the progression of brain tumors and evaluate the efficacy of novel immunotherapy treatments.

LSCI is able to visualize (C) hypoperfusion during brain tumor resection surgery that is not visible by eye (A) or with ICG angiography (B).
